Home Learning Support Teachers

Those applying for this area should be Elementary specialists comfortable with all grades K-7, able to support families utilizing a wide variety of curricula and online resources in all subjects and comfortable with communicating via online Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Community Classroom Teachers

Those applying for this area should be creative classroom teachers willing to work with a wide range of grade levels and skill abilities in one classroom.

Outdoor Exploration Teachers

Those applying for this area should be passionate about the outdoors willing to work with a range of grade levels in a place-based, inquiry-play, experiential learning environment.

Partners in Education (PIE)

Those applying for this area will guide learners in cross-curricular ELA, Science, SS, & ADST Project Based Learning in a multi-grade classroom 1d/wk as well as provide the family with weekly lesson plans for 1d/wk at home.

Program Advisor and Curriculum Consultant: High School (grade 8 – 12)

This position entails walking alongside families and guiding them in making decisions around course selection, program format, curriculum choice, and use of our online platforms.

Highschool Project-Based Learning Design Team Members

Experience and education related to working with students in Distributed Learning and project based learning.

Highschool Face to Face Club, Class, Activity and Subject Specialty Online Teachers

Must love mentoring teens and be passionate about fostering a creative group learning environment. Those applying for this area should be proficient in at least two or three subject areas and comfortable with navigating and designing courses in various online Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Special Needs Coordinators

Under direction of Special Needs Director (SND) the Special Needs Coordinator will provide quality educational services to special education students and their parents in a home learning setting, through a commitment to working alongside the parents and education team in planning and implementing student IEP programs.

Special Education Support Staff

Tutors, Special Education Assistants, Community Support Workers, and Behavior Interventionists. These positions require working in home and community with kindergarten to grade 12 learners with a wide range of special needs and learning assistance challenges.
