Tuition Assistance Bursary

We desire to assist families who struggle with financial needs. Our tuition assistance bursary is funded solely through donations.  For tax purposes, donors may not designate who receives assistance. If you would like to support a specific family, please arrange to pay their fees directly on their behalf (you would not be eligible for a charitable donation receipt), by contacting our Executive Director of Operations, Carolyn Langley at clangley@rcoa.ca.

Completed applications will be held with strict confidentiality. The applicant will be notified of the outcome of their application by August 30th. Consideration for tuition assistance is based on financial need and will be evaluated year to year. Click here to download the application form.

Our heart is that financial barriers don’t get in the way of our families choosing the home learning options that best suit their children.  Donations of any amount are welcome.  Click here to donate.  All general donations are eligible for a tax receipt.

IMPORTANT  ADMISSIONS UPDATE

We are sorry to inform you that our Learning Services program is now full for the 2021-2022 school year.  We strive to provide the best possible support for all of our families, and due to an overwhelming response, all of our resources are at capacity.  This means that at this time we are unable to admit any new learners with KPQ or R designations or other learners requiring learning support assistance.

We don't take it lightly that you reached out to us.  We will keep your name on the waitlist in case there are some withdrawals, but we recommend that you seek other arrangements for your Fall programming.

Blessings to you as you plan your year
