The Son-shine Fund embodies our commitment to uplifting and supporting our RCOA team during exceptional times of celebration or challenge. Instances might include the birth of a child, marriage, the loss of an immediate family member, or a significant injury/illness.

Should you be aware of an RCOA team member who could benefit from a heartfelt card and/or gift in any of these circumstances, we encourage you to use this link to submit a Compassionate Care Committee referral.

Your valuable contributions to this fund are deeply appreciated as we strive to shower our team with blessings. The committee will periodically provide confidential updates on how the funds have been thoughtfully distributed.
