Special Education spaces in all grades are presently at capacity.

Priority placement in our blended learning programs (face to face opportunities) is given to early applicants and spots in the programs are secured when the registration fees are paid. 

Families new to RCOA complete the online application and upload all documentation. They can expect the following:

  • A phone call from an Admissions Advisor, welcoming you to RCOA.
  • Verification by phone or email that all needed documentation has been received by the office.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive a welcome email from the RCOA office.
  • For those choosing registered homeschool status you are invited to contact our homeschool adviser for an optional consultation.
  • For Enroled grades K-9, our homelearning consultant will contact you to schedule a personal consultation to review curriculum and resource options, and assist you in the ordering process.
  • For grades 10-12, our Grad Counselor will contact you to schedule a personal consultation to review courses, curriculum, and resource options. As well as to assist you in the ordering process.

Families currently Enrolled or Registered with RCOA need to fill out the online application form each year. They can expect the following:

  • Verification by phone or email that all needed documentation has been received by the office.  You will need to send the Residency Form each year, but not the Birth Certificate again.
  • Upon acceptance, you will receive a welcome email from the RCOA office.
  • For those choosing registered homeschool status you are invited to contact our homeschool adviser for an optional consultation.
  • For enroled grades K-7, if there are no changes, your current HLST who will  complete your Curriculum Consultation as they update the Individualized Learning Plan.
  •  For enroled grades 8&9 and funded SN students you will be receiving contact from one of our Consultants, each year to establish a date to discuss your child’s curriculum needs.
  • For grades 10-12, our Grad Counselor will contact you to schedule a personal consultation to review courses, curriculum, and resource options. As well as to assist you in the ordering process.
