Admissions Process

Enrolment for the current school year (2021-22) is closed. We invite you to apply for the 2022-23 school year.
Returning Families: Apply as of  February 1st at 8am  ~ New Families: Apply as of March 1st at 8am

Our in-person & virtual programming fills up quickly in some locations. Apply early to make your selections and secure your spot.

New Families

  • Complete the application
  • Documents needed: child’s birth certificate, BC Service Card Number (formerly Care Card), latest report card or interim report
  • You will receive email confirmation that your application has been received
  • You will receive a second email to set up a Zoom or telephone call with an advisor
  • We look forward to getting to know you!

Returning Families

  • Complete the application
  • Documents needed: doctor’s note for life-threatening medical conditions, Guardianship Court Order (if applicable)
  • Follow the steps to choose a tuition model (and sign-up for classes, if desired)
  • Payment options: credit card, Visa/MC debit card, or banking information for automatic withdrawal
  • We look forward to partnering with you again!

IMPORTANT  ADMISSIONS UPDATE


We are sorry to inform you that as of October 1st we are no longer accepting applications for enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year.  We strive to provide the best possible support for all of our families, and due to an overwhelming response, all of our resources are at capacity.  

We are still accepting Registered Homeschool Applications (K-12) however as of October 1st this option will require a registration fee.

We don't take it lightly that you reached out to us.  We pray God's best for your family as  you seek other arrangements for your Fall programming.
