We don’t want anyone to miss out on this reimbursement of up to $300 per family!
If you pay to have internet in your home, be sure to fill out the Internet Reimbursement Form in OTIS by midnight on April 30, 2017. This is only applicable to eligible families that are enrolled with us for the 2016-17 academic year. We will send out payments at the beginning of July. All textbooks and loaned materials must be returned in good condition in order to receive your internet reimbursement.
You must fill out the Internet Reimbursement Form and upload a current copy of the bill in order to qualify for the reimbursement. The submission of an Internet Service Provider bill with your re-enrolment application for 2017/18 is NOT the same as applying for the Internet Reimbursement now.
The reason we ask for two uploads of your service provider bill is that we need evidence that you are paying for internet in your home for all months of the school year. We could ask you to upload all 10 bills for each month of the school year but instead we ask for one bill with your reenrolment application and one near the end of that school year during the month of April. The upload of your internet service provider bill with your re-enrolment application doubles as your deposit for resources loaned in the new school year and as evidence that you are paying for internet at the beginning of the school year. The upload with the Internet Reimbursement Form in the spring shows you are still paying for internet at the end of the year.
To fill out the form:
Step 1: Go to OTIS
Step 2: Click Forms
Step 3: In the Ordering (K-9) section: Scroll down to Internet Reimbursement – Available April 1st to April 30th. This is the same form to be used by families who have learners in grade 10 – 12 that qualify for $35 for each individualized course completed this year to a family maximum of $300.
Step 4: Fill out the form according to the instructions. If you are unsure if your direct deposit information is on file please upload it again. We are not able to easily check that as we don’t keep the information.
