High School Face-to-Face: Enrolled Learners May Sign Up June 1

Excitement is brewing as we near the June 1st sign up date of our proposed high school (grades 8-12) face-to-face (F2F) *schedules for the 2018/19 school year!  Click here for full details on cost and course coverage charts as well as schedules which contain your old favourites and some exciting new initiatives in the areas of ADST (Applied Design, Skills, and Technology) and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).

§  Sign up for high school F2F opportunities opens to enrolled RCOA learners who have an application for enrolment approved and consultation completed for the 2018/19 school year on or before June 1st, 2018.  Use the Activities/Clubs/Classes sign up form in OTIS.

§  Sign up for high school F2F opportunities opens to registered RCOA learners opens July 1st, 2018.  Use the Activities/Clubs/Classes sign up form in OTIS.

§  Sign up for high school F2F opportunities opens to non-RCOA learners opens September 1st, 2018 as long as there is space still available.  Email jocelyn@rcoa.ca to sign up.

In order to have access to the Activities/Clubs/Classes sign up form in OTIS on or after June 1st, complete a 2018/19 application for enrolment/registration to RCOA by clicking here or by going to Online Forms in your OTIS account.  You will be contacted by a program advisor. Once your application is approved and a consultation for the 2018/19 school year is complete, you will have access to the sign up form.

Our F2F opportunities are dependent on early commitments from you!  The sooner we hear that you are committed to a F2F opportunity, the sooner we can ‘cement’ the details.  We need a minimum number of learners (usually between 8 and 10) to make running each club/class financially ‘doable’.   Unfortunately, clubs and classes will be canceled if we are not able meet minimum numbers by early  July.

*Schedules are subject to change until September 1, 2018 … so be careful about printing or adding in ink to your calendars.

Thank you for visiting our site.
We are glad you did!

We are sorry to inform you that our Learning Services program is now full for the 2021-2022 school year.  We strive to provide the best possible support for all of our families, and due to an overwhelming response, all of our resources are at capacity.  This means that at this time we are unable to admit any new learners with KPQ or R designations or other learners requiring learning support assistance.

We don't take it lightly that you reached out to us.  We will keep your name on the waitlist in case there are some withdrawals, but we recommend that you seek other arrangements for your Fall programming.

Blessings to you as you plan your year
