The month of June is registration month for all our F2F Opportunities: Community Classes, Partners In Education Program, and High School Clubs, Classes, Events, and Activities. We plan our staffing and facilities based on the commitments you make in this important month. Late registrants may be waitlisted.
Community Classes require payment of the registration fee to secure their place in the classes UNLESS families reenroll to our program by June 1st.. Those that don’t reenrol until after June 1st will be subject to the registration fees as listed below and may be waitlisted as we finalize class sizes based on June enrollment. The actual cost of running Community Classes is still waived for those DL Enrolled with RCOA. RCOA Registered Homeschoolers receive a discounted rate, and non-RCOA affiliated participants are the only ones who pay the full cost of running these classes.

In fact, Langley and Abbotsford may be capped before June 1st in that case seats will be assigned based on the order payment was received – so if you want to be sure to secure your spot don’t wait for the deadline!

High School Clubs and Classes will have a registration fee that is calculated based on how many high school students in your family signed up for clubs and classes. It will be 10% for the learner with the highest total, 5% for the learners with the lower totals. This amount will be calculated based on what you sign up for in OTIS in June,. The form in OTIS opens June 1st and some fill up quickly. Then a statement outlining fees owed will be sent out from the office via email and is payment is due July 1st. Registration fees paid after July 1st will increase by 5% per month. The actual course fees (different from the registration fees just mentioned) will be billed to your OTIS account; half in September and half in February.
