Enrolment for the 2020/21 School Year

Re-enrolment is open for Returning Families as of February 1st, 2020

We’ve started to think about and plan for the new school year.  We look forward to walking alongside you again in 2020/21.  In previous years, we opened enrolment for returning and new families in March, but with some classes and programs reaching capacity, we want to give returning families first priority before opening enrolment for new families.

Re-Enrolment opens for New Families on March 2, 2020 (March 1st is a Sunday)
New families can click here to enrol/register with RCOA or via our website at www.rcoa.ca, ‘apply now’.
Re-Enrolment for our Special Education
Families with learners who have Special Education designations can expect an email from Marilyn Smith, our Director of Special Education & Learning Support Services, that outlines details about re-enrolment as it pertains to you.

We will have limited room for new special education learners in the 2020/21 school year.  Interested applicants are encouraged to submit an application as soon as the form opens on March 2nd, 2020.

Thank you for visiting our site.
We are glad you did!

We are sorry to inform you that our Learning Services program is now full for the 2021-2022 school year.  We strive to provide the best possible support for all of our families, and due to an overwhelming response, all of our resources are at capacity.  This means that at this time we are unable to admit any new learners with KPQ or R designations or other learners requiring learning support assistance.

We don't take it lightly that you reached out to us.  We will keep your name on the waitlist in case there are some withdrawals, but we recommend that you seek other arrangements for your Fall programming.

Blessings to you as you plan your year
