Building Community

Community Zoom Event: Building Resilience in Our Kids
We were delighted to host Katy Kwon, Christian Counsellor, as she presented helpful strategies for how we can build the skill of resiliency in our children as well as how we can care for our own personal wellness. If you would like access to the resources recommended by Katy and some of the ideas generated by parents during the resiliency session, email  Community Zoom Events host guest speakers to share information and provide resources, direction, and inspiration to our RCOA community.
Our next Community Zoom Event will be January 26th.

Virtual Playground for Parents
“It is not good for man to be alone”.  Last week we launched our first-ever Virtual Playground for Parents.  The goal of these monthly, low-key get-togethers is for K-12 enrolled and registered families to connect, support, and share ideas with one another.  Virtual Playground for Parents will be the second week of every month, alternating between Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Our next Virtual Playground for Parents will be January 14th.
