Please remember that the form to apply for internet reimbursement for 2016-17 will only be available on OTIS from Apr 1-midnight April 30. After April 30 the internet reimbursement application will not be available. Please note that submitting an Internet Service Provider bill with your enrolment application is NOT the same as applying for the Internet Reimbursement. This reimbursement is only available to enrolled students. The internet bill must be in the parent’s name and must show the actual monthly internet charge. For Shaw and Telus, you need to login to your account and download a pdf of the full bill. Grade 10-12 students must be taking individualized courses that are completed in the school year. They are eligible for $35/individualized course. A family maximum of $300 applies. All supporting documentation MUST be in by April 30, 2017. We will be processing internet reimbursements early this year in order to send out payments right at the beginning of July. All textbooks and loaned materials must be returned in good condition in order to receive your reimbursement.
